Filters

 

B-1-55 Standard filter for imaging in combination with the
Herolab Blue Light Transilluminators
G-1-55 SybrGreen Filter, 55 mm Ø

For SybrGreen stained gels with UV epi-illumination.
Here the Herolab DNA filter No. 28 08 960 needs to be removed. If used in combination with a UV transilluminator the filter No. 28 00 390 has to be used additionally.
IR-1-55 IR Cut Filter, 55 mm Ø

Additional filter if the filter for SybrGreen
(Nr. 28 00 120) is used in combination with a UV transilluminator.
It makes the tubes of the UV transilluminator invisible and is not necessary with epi-illumination.
DNA-1-55 DNA Filter, 55 mm Ø
 
Special filter for imaging of Ethidiumbromide stained gels.
Bandpass filter for 594 nm with approx. 90 % transmission.
UV-1-55 UV Cut Filter, 55 mm Ø
 
The experience has shown that this additional Filter brings the best results if mounted in front of all filters.
This also prevents possible fluorescence effects from the filters in use.
AR-1-55 Adapter Ring
 
For 55 mm filter to 46 mm lens thread.
Is always supplied with a complete Herolab Gel Documentation System, if that is equipped with the zoom lens F 1:1.0, 8 – 48 mm. This lens has a thread of 46 mm but the filters have a diameter of 55 mm in order to avoid shadowing effects.
LE-1-55 Close-up Lens, 55 mm Ø

The minimal distance for the zoom lens is 100 cm.
Therefore the close up lens – always supplied with a complete system – has to be used.
