Connected and automated workflows
SmartCen combines a centrifuge with the SmartCen software system and the hardware required for its selected configuration. When ordered, these are installed and configured before delivery; the instrument carries the SmartCen designation together with its model identification.
Networking, monitoring and remote operation are defined for the agreed configuration. For robotic applications, Herolab works with customers and automation partners to coordinate centrifugation, sample handling and system interfaces.
A practical working relationship
We start with the application: sample type, capacity, required operating conditions and the intended workflow. These requirements guide the choice of instrument and the discussion of any customer-specific adaptations.
Technical documentation, service and maintenance remain part of that relationship after delivery. Customers can contact Herolab directly or work with the relevant sales partner for their region and product range.
