Four product lines — different tasks

• Transilluminators: Make gel bands visible. Select the UV, blue-light, or white-light version according to the stain and gel size.
• UV-C germicidal lamps: 254 nm lamps in the LK series with model-dependent tube power from 15 to 110 W. Mounting, irradiation conditions, and personnel protection must suit the application.
• UV analysis and handheld lamps: Fluorescence excitation at 254, 312, or 365 nm, individually or combined, depending on the model.
• UV accessories: UV protective eyewear, blue-light filter glasses, and replacement tubes matched to the instrument model.

What information do we need for selection?

Please specify the application, sample material or stain, required wavelength, working area, and distance. For replacement parts, the model designation, tube designation, and a photo of the nameplate are helpful. The product configuration and its suitability are agreed before ordering.

Guidance for safe use

UV radiation can injure eyes and skin. Follow the instrument-specific operating instructions and use appropriate shielding and protective measures. No one may be present in the irradiation area during open UV-C irradiation.

For UV-C applications, results depend on the dose, distance, exposure time, and target organism. Shadowing and material compatibility must be considered; UV irradiation does not automatically replace cleaning or other hygiene measures.
